Our house is face reclaimed brick on the outside and natural limestone block work on the inside (no render or plaster) so the job had to be done right to ensure no cracks occurred in the walls or mortar as the structural work done is on show. Ray did an awesome job when removing a pantry that was structurally integral to the building and widening an external door for a biflold. He made some excellent structural recommendations and he beefed up the original engineers design recommendations. He was the cheapest of the 3 quotes I obtained and also the builder who demonstrated the most knowledge during the quote (I am an Engineer). Ray specialises in wall removal so he does what he does very well. He was friendly, tidy and prompt. There was a bit of cross communication at the start of the job (i wanted the door made higher, he didn't realise that) his very well written detailed quote didn't include the door being made higher so this was an additional cost. He did the extra work and other reinforcing items he recommended (required) on the fly at a reasonable hourly rate and it still came in cheaper than the next best quote that had none of the extras priced in.I would use Ray again, and recommend him to a friend.Also: when responding to an other quote from a well known western suburb wall removal company (adverts seen on bins) they tried to explain they where more expensive because they used quality Australian steel and others used cheap Chinese steel, as an engineer I knew the significant cost difference was too large to be materials related so I ignored this. (they were clearly hunting for a big profit margin). Also all the steel Ray brought to site was new quality AS standard steel.

We had a structural dividing bedroom wall removed to turn two very small bedrooms into one big bedroom. First class job provided all round. Highly recommend these guys. From first meeting to discuss the job to the final cleanup Ray and his team never missed a beat. Thanks guys, awesome job.

Ray was recommended to me by a family friend. He came out for a quote to remove a couple of load bearing carport pillars. He took time to come up with a solution within my budget and explain the approach.Within a couple weeks they were able to do the job. The work was performed to a high standard, and they were very clean and tidy.Really no complaints at all, nice guys, experts at what they do and a high standard of work. I would highly recommend ABC, and I am definitely hoping to use their services again.
